《巴士駕駛員2010：紐約》由哈德遜河一直延伸到東部河流,經由第42號大道，紐約市最為人熟知的街道之一。你可以駕駛著細節逼真的Nova RTS型巴士，依照仿真的時刻表參加眾多刺激的任務，這挑戰你作為一個巴士司機的職業技能。

游戲特點：

真實模擬紐約曼哈頓著名的第42號大道公交線路。除此之外，眾多的路旁街道以及不同的沿途風景絕對讓你耳目一新。

沿途的知名建筑還有風景名勝，例如時代廣場，克萊斯勒大廈，中央車站，地鐵環線，無畏號航母，紐新航港局客運總站，以及第42號大道的全部民宅都真實的重現。

《巴士駕駛員2010》運用了物理引擎來構造真實的模擬效果。

三種游戲模式可供選擇：虛擬世界（包括依照時刻表駕駛），任務模式，生涯模式。

互動教學（可選）

游戲之初就可以探索包括路旁街道以內的線路（教學模式除外）

玩家可以化身為曼哈頓的巴士司機“卡洛斯”的角色

角色栩栩如生，運用鼠標和鍵盤可以操控自如。
